Made an appointment online and when they called to confirm, they let me know if I could bring it in sooner. They would take care of it and they did I was in and out fair pricing did a good job and even know I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tires. They still took good care of me and pointed me in the right direction of the tires that I needed I’ll be back. The young man who took care of me, his name was Justin. It was the location on South Avenue in Boardman Ohio. Very impressive.

We were traveling home to Toledo from a trip to Philadelphia and had some issues with our GMC Terrain. Jeremy at your location on South Avenue in Boardman was so nice and took his time with us to explain what was going on, which ended up to be a quick fix. He also advised that they had checked the vehicle out completely to be sure there were no issues on the road coming home. He could not have been nicer. If we lived in Boardman Jeremy would have all of our business.

Arrived after having a flat tire after having summer tires put on elsewhere a few days ago. They were short staffed and doing their best to manage but said they checked the tire and couldn’t find any problems now that it was full with air and would be good to drive back to Buffalo NY. Within ten minutes the tire was again flat and Youngstown Walmart took it in, immediately found and showed me a very fast air leak from a puncture toward the outside of the wheel, and replaced my tire. If they did not have time to actually check my tire, I would have rather they turned me away than okay me to drive away and experience this issue on the interstate.

My experience at NTB, Boardman OH was one of the best interaction with staff ever. I was on the clock transporting my client for her errands. During the drive, my front tire was punctured and loss air at rapid speed. Dropped her off at Walmart and arrived at NTB on 11 PSI! Danae and I had an excellent conversation while her coworker patched the tire. Her supervisor invited me to join their cookout. All the staff present were the friendliest and professional people. I am grateful for the excellent service. I know where I am going when it’s time for tires. Thanks Danae and coworkers for a job well done 🙂

First time coming here, and I had an emergency with my tire. I needed a new one put on ASAP. Jeremy at the desk was so calm & helpful, checked all my tires, and answered every question I had. When there was a longer wait than expected, he came back to let me know just in case I had somewhere to be, which I really appreciated. Even then, the service was very quick, & the price was very affordable, even with my choice of a premium tire. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to others!
